It is always processed at the beginning of the harvest season when they are fresh, ripe and nutritional to ensure the high quality and natural flavour. It is always processed by whole fig from August to September yearly in China.

Specification:

  • Fresh from the material
  • Whole fig, with skin, diameter > 3cm
  • SO2≤1500PPM,H2O:18-22%,Sugar:55-65% in syrup
  • No colours or preservatives or chemical substances

Packing:

  • bulk packing per carton, N.W.: 12.5kg/carton
  • 1bag/bag, 10bags per carton, N.W.: 10kg/ctn

Shipment & Storage:

  • Normally in dry container, or in reefer at 4-6℃ in Summer
  • Shelf life: not more than 24 months
