It is always processed at the beginning of the harvest season when they are fresh, ripe and nutritional to ensure the high quality and natural flavour. According to its harvest season, It is always started the processing from June yearly in China for different specification.

Specification:

  • Fresh from the material
  • Whole apricot, apricot halves
  • Calibration: <2.5cm/2.5-3.5cm/3-3.5cm/3.5cm+
  • SO2≤1500PPM,H2O:18-22%,Sugar:50-65% in syrup
  • No colours or preservatives or chemical substances

Packing:

  • bulk packing per carton, N.W.: 12.5kg/carton
  • 1bag/bag, 10bags per carton, N.W.: 10kg/ctn

Shipment & Storage:

  • Normally in dry container, or in reefer at 4-6℃ in Summer
  • Shelf life: not more than 24 months
