It is always slaughtered under the strict supervision of ISO and HACCP quality control system. For rabbit hind leg, it is always processed by bone-in, with calibrated size at about 50g packed in roll, in tray or layer packing.

Packing:

  • Inside: in roll, in tray or layer packing
  • Outside: 10kg or 20kg per carton

Shipment & Storage:

  • In deep-frozen compartment or reefer at -18℃ or below
  • Shelf life: not more than 24 months
