We always select Halal slaughtered plants to process lamb leg or mutton leg based on Islamic religion, bone-in or boneless, which can be processed or packed according to client's private requirement.

Packing:

  • Inside: I.W.P., I.V.P., block frozen
  • Outside: 20kg per carton

Shipment & Storage:

  • In deep-frozen compartment or reefer at -18℃ or below
  • Shelf life: not more than 24 months
