Frozen Lamb Carcasses
We always select Halal slaughtered plants to process goat / lamb / mutton carcasses based on Islamic religion, or cut into different parts based on client's requirement to be packed in carton individually.

- Cuts: 4-cuts, 6-cuts, 8-cuts, 10-cuts
- High quality in deep frozen
- Deep frozen for locking the nutrition
Packing:
- Inside: I.W.P. in poly bag
- Outside: stockinettes or carton
Shipment & Storage:
- In deep-frozen compartment or reefer at -18℃ or below
- Shelf life: not more than 24 months
